1.Q: What do I do to report a street light, light post, garage exterior light out?

2.Q: How do I sign up for the LMCOA ONE-CALL communications system?

3.Q: Can I pay my resident dues online?

   A: Yes (CLICK HERE) there is a small fee, call 937.222.2550 for more information.

4.Q: How do I dispose of my RECYCLE items?

   A: For the Yardley Cir residents, each unit has a small tote to fill and put out on trash day.  For ALL residents, there is a large dumpster located on Hedington Sq for cardboard & appropriate recycle items (RECYCLE ITEMS). Pickup day is Thursday.

5.Q: When is trash pickup day for Yardley Cir?

   A: Wednesday morning.

6.Q: When is trash day for the multi-units?

   A: Tuesday & Friday mornings.

7.Q: How do I get my multi-unit mailbox & intercom labels updated?

   A:  Go to the LMCOA website or (CLICK HERE).

9.Q: How do I request to reserve the Clubhouse for an event?
