Welcome to the Lexington Meadows Condo Association website!

We are a community of 208 units (2-story multi-unit buildings and single-story duplexes) incorporated in 1991. The community also includes a heated-pool, tennis court, and Clubhouse. Lexington Meadows is located at the southeast corner of Bigger and Clyo Roads in Warm and Cheerful Centerville, Ohio. We are a 5-minute drive from I-675 and Miami Valley South Hospital, the new Cornerstone shopping development, an extensive supply of retail and grocery stores, and restaurants along Wilmington Pike.
