Architectural Application

 
  • LEXINGTON MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. ARCHITECTURAL IMPROVEMENT APPLICATION - All changes to the exterior of Units and to Limited Common Elements attached to Units must be approved in writing by the LMCOA Board of Directors prior to installation. This includes repairs, to include emergency repairs. - The object of requiring an Improvement Application is to ensure that improvements conform to the LMCOA Declaration, maintain the aesthetic and architectural character of Lexington Meadows, and enhance the value of the Condominium Property. Changes will be limited to those that do not encroach on other Owner’s rights. - Submit this application to the Management Company.
  • *An engineered drawing of all improvements must be submitted with the application to show exact locations & dimensions. Upload all attachments using the upload buttons below. Include a brochure if applicable. Please Note: All files and documents uploaded must be smaller than 2MB per file.
  • I UNDERSTAND THE RULES CONCERNING THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. THIS IMPROVEMENT IN NO WAY ENCROACHES ON A UNIT OWNER’S PROPERTY OR RIGHTS. I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES ESTABLISHED BY THE LMCOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS. I WILL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES AND ANY MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT REQUIRED BY THE ADDITION OF THIS IMPROVEMENT.
  • -EXTERIOR WORK IS PROHIBITED TO COMMENCE PRIOR TO A UNIT OWNER RECEIVING WRITTEN APPROVAL. UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES MUST BE REMOVED AT UNIT OWNER’S EXPENSE. -Approved applications expire 1 year after approval. If the change/repair has not been completed, the Unit Owner must submit a new application and receive a new approval.
